Research papers on the Moog ladder and related filters

[In the company of the papers below, my offering, Analysis of the Moog Transistor Ladder and Derivative Filters, is fairly elementary...]

Over the years the number of interesting-looking papers connected with digital implementations of these filters has been gradually increasing—here is a list of some that I know of:

A Digital Model of the Buchla Lowpass-Gate, Julian Parker & Stefano D'Angelo, Proc. of the 16th Int. Conference on Digital Audio Effects (DAFx-13), Maynooth, Ireland, September 2-5, 2013 (OK, so it's not a ladder filter, but it is one that interests me!)

A comparison of virtual analogue Moog VCF models, Paul Daly, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Arts, Culture and Environment, University of Edinburgh, August 2012 (MSc dissertation)

A Nonlinear Analysis Framework for Electronic Synthesizer Circuits, Francois G. Germain, Department of Music Research, McGill University, Montreal, Canada, Oct 2011 (MA thesis)

Modeling of the EMS VCS3 voltage-controlled filter as a nonlinear filter network, Federico Fontana & Marco Civolani, IEEE Transactions on Audio, Speech and Language Processing, vol. 18, no. 4, pp. 760-772, 2010

Resonance Tuning for the Digital Moog Filter, Robin Schmidt, web-published, August 2009

A Nonlinear Digital Model of the EMS VCS3 Voltage-Controlled Filter, Marco Civolani & Federico Fontana, Proc. of the 11th Int. Conference on Digital Audio Effects (DAFx-08), Espoo, Finland, September 1-4, 2008

Preserving the Structure of the Moog VCF in the Digital Domain, Federico Fontana, Proc. Int. Computer Music Conference, Copenhagen, Denmark, August 27-31, 2007

On the use of Volterra Series for Real-Time Simulations of Weakly Nonlinear Analog Audio Devices: Application to the Moog Ladder Filter, Thomas Hélie, Proc. of the 9th Int. Conference on Digital Audio Effects (DAFx-06), Montreal, Canada, September 18-20, 2006

Non-Linear Digital Implementation of the Moog Ladder Filter, Antti Huovilainen, Proc. of the 7th Int. Conference on Digital Audio Effects, (DAFx-04), Naples, Italy, October 5-8, 2004

Analyzing the Moog VCF with Considerations for Digital Implementation, Tim Stilson & Julius Smith, Proc. International Computer Music Conference, Hong Kong, 1996
